OUR PARTNERSHIP
Thompson-Mitchell Consulting is a strategic partnership between economic consulting firm, Thompson Consulting and Analytics, and supplier diversity consulting firm, Mitchell Consulting Group. Our purpose is to assist our clients to fully understand the total economic impact that their supplier diversity programs have on the communities it was established to benefit.
Ron Thompson has over 20 years of experience in disparity research and economic impact analysis. He performed disparity analysis for the National Urban League featured in the NUL State of Black America publication, and an economic impact analysis leading to the approval of a $60 million road construction project.
Vernetta Mitchell has over 20 years of experience in program policy research and development, program administration, qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis. She had lead managerial roles in perform over 30 availability and utilization disparity studies for federal, state, and local governments across the country. Her work has influenced change in policies designed to increase the number of contracts and subcontracts awarded to M/W/SBE firms nationwide.
OUR PASSION
We are fully-committed to giving supplier diversity programs the voice that they need to continue affecting change for M/W/SBEs. We believe that providing clients with the analytical tool (economic impact analysis) along with strategic tools (data assessment and supplier diversity policy recommendations) provide clients with an excellent avenue for increasing the effective of M/W/SBE programs and the communities the agencies serves. We work tirelessly to create positive results for area economies by illustrating the true impact of inclusion.
